TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all products and services provided by BlackLine Signs ("BlackLine", "we", "our", or "us").

By accepting a quotation, paying a deposit, approving artwork, or engaging our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all quotations, orders, installations, designs, products, and services supplied by BlackLine Signs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

2. DEFINITIONS

Client means any individual, business, organisation, or entity engaging BlackLine Signs to provide goods or services.

Services includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vehicle signage and wraps

  • Fleet branding

  • Business signage

  • Window graphics

  • Wall graphics

  • Event signage

  • Acrylic signage

  • Custom fabricated signs

  • Design services

  • Printing services

  • Installation services

Quotation means a written estimate provided by BlackLine Signs outlining pricing, scope of works, and project specifications.

Artwork refers to all designs, graphics, logos, layouts, proofs, mock-ups, and creative materials supplied or produced for the Client.

Project refers to any goods or services supplied by BlackLine Signs under an accepted quotation.

 

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

BlackLine Signs provides custom signage, design, printing, fabrication, branding, and installation services tailored to each client's requirements.

All services will be supplied in accordance with the approved quotation and any written correspondence between BlackLine Signs and the Client.

BlackLine Signs reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any project at its discretion;

  • Modify installation methods where required for safety or practicality;

  • Engage third-party contractors where necessary to complete works;

  • Decline work that may breach legal, safety, copyright, or regulatory requirements.

 

4. QUOTATIONS & PRICING

4.1 Validity

All quotations remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are based on information supplied by the Client at the time of quoting.

Additional charges may apply where:

  • Project specifications change;

  • Additional artwork revisions are requested;

  • Site conditions differ from those originally disclosed;

  • Additional labour, equipment, access requirements, permits, or materials are required.

4.3 Acceptance

A quotation is deemed accepted when the Client:

  • Provides written approval;

  • Pays a deposit;

  • Approves artwork for production; or

  • Instructs BlackLine Signs to proceed.

Once accepted, the quotation forms a binding agreement between the Client and BlackLine Signs.

 

5. DEPOSITS & PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Deposits

BlackLine Signs requires a deposit before production or scheduling commences.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Projects under $500 may require full payment upfront.

  • Projects exceeding $500 require a 50% deposit.

Production will not commence until the required deposit has been received.

5.2 Final Payment

All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to collection, delivery, or release of completed goods.

5.3 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • Cash (where applicable)

Merchant fees may apply to card transactions.

5.4 Late Payment

BlackLine Signs reserves the right to:

  • Suspend works;

  • Delay production;

  • Withhold goods or services;

  • Recover outstanding amounts through debt collection or legal proceedings.

The Client will be responsible for any recovery costs incurred.

 

6. BOOKINGS, RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

6.1 Booking Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed once:

  • Required deposits have been paid; and

  • BlackLine Signs has confirmed the booking in writing.

6.2 Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered, artwork has commenced, or production has begun.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

6.3 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges where materials, labour, or production time have already been allocated.

6.4 BlackLine Signs Right to Reschedule

BlackLine Signs reserves the right to postpone or reschedule works due to:

  • Unsafe conditions;

  • Weather events;

  • Equipment failure;

  • Delayed client approvals;

  • Outstanding payments; or

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
